Does SmartRealtor value the property with AI?
No — by design. The AI extracts rooms, dimensions and features from your dictation. The guide range is transparent arithmetic over sold comparables you enter, and the final figure is always yours. There is no code path from the AI to a price.
Where does my vendor and property data go?
Nowhere. Transcription and extraction run entirely on your phone, and everything is stored in a local database on the device. There are no accounts, no cloud sync and no servers holding your pipeline.
Does it work without signal?
Yes. The speech and language models ship inside the app, so appraisals, feedback and listing drafts all work in a basement, a rural black spot or airplane mode.
How does it help with Material Information rules?
